[Expired] $100 eBay Gift Card for $95 + 5x

The Offer

Stacking the Deal

  • 5% off eBay is nice; what’s even better is that you can pay with the Chase INK card and that has been working to get 5x points for PPDG purchases.
  • Also, although the portal doesn’t usually include eBay gift cards, the e-gift cards sometimes work regardless, see other options here.
  • You can also buy this eBay gift card with an eBay gift card purchased previously.

Just thought I’d point this out. Not sure why, but it appears all the Miles Portals have pulled Ebay as an option. At least the ones I checked.

Even cash back monitor shows none:
http://www.cashbackmonitor.com/Cashback-Store/eBay/
*Note no options here either – And I verifed on United/AA that they are gone too.

That kind of stinks as they were a nice option for getting bonuses when they were offered.

How long does it take for the ebay codes to activate?…I purchased one on my account and then tried using it to buy one with my wife’s account and it said the code was not ready to use yet…

When I try to use GC balances of $5+$5+$15+$36 these all apply until I add a GC of $100 then the above 4 GCs are kicked out and I’m left with another $5 balance.

Why won’t the system allow the small ballances to be used up so I can have the remainder of $100 on 1 card instead of 5 smaller ones?

PayPal and Ebay are clueless.

Is your $100 gift card the oldest one? It will take the oldest gift card or with the lowest number first. If that covers the new card, no other cards can be used..

MH – I’ve seen it mentioned that this issue it related to the g/c numbers being used.
Perhaps your $100 g/c had a higher number than the others?
It was probably on Slickdeals that I read this..

The limit wasn’t set to “1” initially. I bought three with three g/c that I already had from before.
Ebay pulled the actiion, then reset it with the limit “1” again.
