Our Verdict
Nice little deal. But beware that this doesn’t appear to be a standard gift card which can be resold; I tested it out and it gives me a 19-digit gift card number but no PIN. I’m guessing such a thing won’t be able to be resold on exchanges.
Remember to go through a shopping portal for a few bonus points or a bit of cashback. And use your AT&T card for 3x.

I will use it for my own purchase too. Kohls has good customer service and decent price after all the coupons and discount.

Are you sure? I received a PIN as well, and I was able to add it to my Samsung Pay as well, which successfully verified the $15 balance (since Samsung Pay has the ability to instantly check balance for most of the retailers that are compatible).
Pretty sure that means that it can be resold as a standard GC, although I’d probably be using this organically.
