-U.S. computer hardware, software, and cloud computing purchases made directly from select providers - 2X points on the 4 remaining categories
- 1X points on other purchases
3X and 2X apply to the first $100,000 in purchases in each of the 5 categories per year, 1X point per dollar thereafter.
Our Verdict
The public BGR offer is usually 25k, now 50k, and this 75k offer is the best we’ve seen. This targeted offer has been coming fairly regularly over the past year, and a new slew of emails from Amex were just sent out with this offer.
The biggest advantage of this targeted offer is that it doesn’t show the once-per-lifetime limitation usually shown on Amex cards, and many have reported getting the bonus more than once using these links.

Just now seeing this offer when logged on to MYCA .. plan on getting card Dec 2018 or Jan 2019 .. have never had Amex BRG before so not worried about clawback .. this works our to a 15% cash back offer, even beats Wells Fargo Amex Propel with it’s spend 3000/get 300 back

While not targeted for this offer, I got a similar one: 50k points after 5k spend, 25k additional points for additional 5k spend (both) in the first 3 months.
Is this a credit or charge card? Limit of 5 credit cards, but is there a limit for charge cards?
I’m never targeted for these things, and the incognito method has never turned up anything, but of course, on this one, the month that I open 3 new accounts (SPG, Citi AA, and Merrill+), I’m finally eligible for one of these offers.
I am seeing this offer. Can you MS on this card? I have heard about the claw backs, especially AE is very touchy with this.

I have had this card for 10 months. I logged onto my Amex Hilton and linked to this offer. If I close my Biz Gold now, what are my chances of getting this card again in June?
If that offer is really good through June 30th I will definitely be grabbing it in June. Just picked up a 3-night Ritz-Carlton and need to finish that 5k before I jump into any more cards.
