Chase Southwest Business Premier 60,000 Point Offer

This post was originally published on: Mar 27, 2015 @ 20:07. I am republishing because the public sign up bonus on the Chase Southwest Personal Plus is now 50,000, as is the Chase Southwest Personal Premier and I wanted everybody to be aware of the higher bonus on the business card.

The Offer

  • Sign up for the Chase Southwest Business Premier card and receive 60,000 Southwest points after $3,000 in spend

chase southwest business offer

The Fine Print

  • Offer valid until April 27th, 2015

Our Verdict

This was a targeted offer and people who received this offer do have a direct link, although there are two small issues:

  • The landing page does not mention the 60,000 point offer
  • The landing page includes that person’s individual rapid rewards number

Now I’ve stripped the rapid rewards number and you can view the application link here. But I wouldn’t use that link to sign up directly, as chances are something could go wrong. Instead I’d recommend calling Chase on 1-888-883-2721 and asking to apply for the Chase Southwest Business Premier card, the offer code is DF01.

For those looking to see if they also received this e-mail the subject line is: “Get 60,000 points – plus earn points on employee spending”

This is much higher than the standard 25,000 bonus (which in reality is almost always 50,000). So could be a good option for those looking to stock up on Southwest points. What’s even more interesting is that you could get this card and a card that earns another 50,000 Southwest points and you’d have enough points for the Southwest companion pass (either Chase/Southwest didn’t think this one through or maybe credit card sign up bonuses will stop counting towards this in the near future?).

Southwest also sent out some other interesting deals today, we will be covering them shortly. Keep in mind that Southwest is moving towards a system where points will not have a fixed value, they won’t have an award chart and the price of flights in points will be completely decided at Southwest’s discretion (if that doesn’t fill you with confidence, I’m not sure what will).

If you decide to apply for this card either through calling or applying directly, please share your experiences in the comments below.

What if anything can I do to increase the likelihood that I will receive a targeted offer (email and/or snail mail) for for future Chase Southwest BUSINESS Rapid Rewards credit cards?

Thank you in advance

It appears the 60k business application phone line just ended, 3+ months past the original late April deadline 🙂

Hopefully another one will appear soon

Just did this on 6/10/15. Same exact thing as dantdavis on 5/9. Seemed to work, but need to wait 10 biz days to find out if approved. Confirmed the 60k and mentioned the DF01 code … although I’m not sure if that was the code that the operator used.

Update – card arrived a couple of days ago, and phoning in confirmed the offer of 60k miles after $3k in 3 months spend.

I just called (May 8) and went through the process. I was immediately quoted the 60K offer and just let them go through the process. I answered all the questions, and was told up to 10 days.

Nothing more than that. We’ll see what happens.

Just called the number and applied over the phone for the 60k bonus. Was not given an answer, saying it will take up to 10 days. That has never happened before, I’ve always gotten immediate approvals. So does that mean I’m likely denied? I already have 3 Chase cards, but one that I haven’t used in over a year so could transfer that credit to this card.
In any case, the offer is still available when you call the number, and no mention of an offer code.

Still available as of now, 3PM May 2nd, 2015, by calling 1-888-883-2721.
The agent confirmed that that phone # is exclusively for SW Biz offer. Also, she mentioned she cannot see expiration date on this offer either.

Not sure I understand how to secure a companion pass. So I sign up my business for the credit card that can earn 60k in points after spending 3k in 3 months. Got that. But then how do I get the companion pass?

I applied for the SW business premier on the phone and didn’t get an aswer. I then called and was rejected with the reason being “revenue doesn’t Chase to extend credit”. They asked my revenue and profit for 12/13/14. What could I say to try and have them reconsider?

I used the web link to signup and the bonus information trasnferred fine, but the application was denied for applying for two cards in one day. I called up and they took $5,000 of the personal card credit limit and trasnferred it to the business card.
