• Users must make a minimum purchase of $25 or more of qualifying items.
• The discount will be applied to qualifying item(s) only and will be capped at a value of $50.
• Coupon can be used once per PayPal account within a single transaction (or cart), while supplies last.
• Only eBay members paying with a PayPal account registered with an address located in the United States or Canada can receive the discount.

Our Verdict

Now that they have restricted eBay bucks earning on gift cards and won’t allow you to use eBay gift cards to purchase third party gift cards from October 13th onwards, I suspect we will see a lot more of these sorts of deals as eBay continues to try and pad their numbers. Make sure you price check on Amazon and other sites before making any purchases.
