Paypal Digital Gifts is offering $100 Southwest e-gift card for just $90. You have to buy one at a time with PPDG/direct deals, but you can checkout multiple times to buy more. Eventually Paypal will error you out if you buy too much, but often it’s possible to get quite a few. YMMV of course.
