I twittered, yet there was no confirmation notification, nor did i receive the points. Who should I contact?

I wish I had set this up with a backup twitter account. I'm getting way too many snarky replies from my friends whenever I reply to these.
These are the only tweets I have ever made. But I do have second Instagram account and Facebook account created just to get the points.
The hyper link to link twitter account gets the following error. You may want to fix it.
