DM means direct message (e.g. Twitter direct message).
I do this for my wife, mom and dad, but I don't regularly check their Marriott accounts to make sure points post. I did today and noticed that my dad's account is missing the last 2 bonuses (11/19, 12/3). He got all the points in the weeks before that. I do all the tweets within minutes of each other, usually around 4-5 PM EST. Should I just tween MarriottRewards about the missing points? Anybody have success doing this?

Did DM for DH's account for missing points from last week tweet and already got the points in his account.
I did not get any points for the tweets. I got the initial points to link to my twitter and that was it. Kind off puzzled.

Make sure to periodically review your points for these. For example, I looked back only to find I missed points for my Nov 05 and Nov 19 tweets. Further, I didn't receive notification (but received points) for Oct 22, Oct 29, and Dec 03 tweets.
Forgot to mention, this was easily resolved with a DM to @MarriottRewards - just include your member # and it probably helps to list dates of missing points & link to any tweets that didn't count. I participate in these sorts of marketing things from a separate twitter account so it's easy to find and keep track of these things.
