So I got spend $300, get $60 back and spend $500, get $100 back. If I spend >$500 will it trigger both offers?
Also- will a stay at an appropriate property booked through MGM count for Hyatt, or does it need to be booked directly with Hyatt? TIA

I got both offers on my Plat. Would double dipping them work? I have a 3 night stay at the mirage at the end of next month. It would be fantastic to get 160$ back.
Negative. Read the fine print, only one of the offers works at Mirage.
Offers are available again. Both the MGM offers showed up on my Amex Plat & Preferred Cash. Same exact deals but now expiring 12/26/21. Valid in one or more transactions.
Borgata has unlimited food service in the buffet area

That would nearly cover the resort fee for a couple of nights
MGM is not recommended they lower the room rates and now it’s got a large amount of undesirable people, I almost was assaulted while gambling and unwanted contact and the dealers could care less, $9 for atm withdrawal is complete extortion, also the min bets are too high to have less than 500$ and that may not last 15 minutes
It is due to low occupancy. Now the rate was up a lot.
