- Earn an additional 1,000 Hilton Honors Bonus Points per night for stays from March 1, 2017 to March 31, 2017, when:
- You register for the “2K Every Day” promotion, AND
- You are a cardholder of the Hilton Honors Card from American Express or the Hilton Honors Surpass Card from American Express, AND
- You book and pay for a stay using your Hilton Honors Card from American Express, Hilton Honors Surpass Card from American Express, or other Card from American Express at any hotel or resort in the Hilton Portfolio.
Fine Print
Already stated above, but the sufficient conditions are: you must register for the “2K Every Day” promotion, and have a Hilton card from American Express, and pay with any American Express card (though that’s hidden in the fine print).
The terms do state that “This offer may not be combined with other select promotions, offer or discounts, is non-transferable and is not valid for existing reservations or groups.“—this likely means that, say, a stay booked in February with an American Express Hilton card is not eligible for this offer (unless it is re-booked). Obviously, the offer will be tied to your account and not your card.
Our Verdict
If you’re booking Hilton stays and have a Hilton card issued by American Express, this is definitely worth keeping in mind because you can pay with any American Express card (as long as you’re a cardholder of an American Express Hilton card). Note that reader John K appears to have gotten this bonus while using a non-American Express card.
Note that this bonus will combine with the “2K Every Day” promotion (written up by Will) and the 5,000 bonus points for a second stay in March (written up at Points Gate). Additionally, it most likely will combine fine with the 500 bonus points for app bookings (written up by Will) and the 500 AAdvantage miles per night / stay (written up by me).
It’s no reason to plan a stay, but it’s a nice little bonus. Keep on stacking those Hilton offers!

I signed up for this promotion, paid for my last Hilton stay with CSR, and I think it triggered this bonus. Tell me what you think for this three night stay:

I'm a bit confused here. If I use my Hilton CC, will I/will I not get the other bonuses; being that you/they say that this cannot be used w/ any other offers? Is it best for me to just use my SPG Bus CC?
It's "other select promotions", so YMMV. The SPG Business will work fine to trigger the bonus since it's an Amex card.

There are also a few AMEX offers for Hilton properties, and you can book through a portal to get additional cash back (iConsumer at 6.4% right now). Nice way to stack a bunch of offers.
