I'm seeing $19.99 - 21.99 depending on color. Some colors have a 10 or 20% coupon. I don't see anything at the $9.59 rate.

Had actually been contemplating picking up a set so checked them out. Like many Amazon products these come in different sizes and colors. The best prices do not apply to all colors. Best deal for the 8 piece kingdalux set appears to only apply for beige color.
