- Amazon is offering $10 off when you add an American Express card to your Amazon account, then apply AMEXPD15OFF at checkout to an order of at least $10.01, and pay with your American Express card. Valid through July 31, 2024.

The Fine Print
- Customers will receive a discount of $10 off when they (1) add an eligible American Express Card to their Amazon wallet; (2) add a minimum of $10.01 in eligible products to their Amazon cart; (3) apply the promotional code at checkout; and (4) use their eligible American Express Card at checkout. The promotion will expire upon Customer’s use of the promotional code.
- The promotion will end on the earlier of (a) 5:00 PM PT on 6/30/2024, or (b) the time at which 27,500 eligible customers have redeemed the offer.
Our Verdict
Nice and easy savings. This deal is only available to some people, possibly to someone who does not have an Amex card in their Amazon account or someone who recently added an Amex card. Reader Jack was able to remove his Amex cards and get the deal when re-adding them a few months later.

I was targeted for this and added the offer. While the terms state only "Use Membership Rewards points for at least a portion or your order." I found that the discount wouldn't show up unless I applied a minimum of 1,429 ($10) Membership Rewards points.
I was able to use this deal, but what I bought is now $10 cheapter. It's not shipped yet, so I'm thinking about canceling my order and buy it again, but I'm not sure if I'll still get the promotion.

you won't. This has happened to me several times. once you use the promo, it's gone. you might be able to chat with an agent to recover the promo value though.
I was targeted for this promo and I don't have an American Express credit card. I do happen to have an AmEx gift card and I was able to use the promo code after adding the AmEx gift card to my Amazon wallet. Stacked the $15 off with a subscribe & save coupon to get my item for free!

So I was eligible last night but now it's dead for me. No clue how on earth they are targeting these.
The same thing happened to me on a Citi card.
I'm still showing eligibility. It allowed the discount for an Amazon item but got sidetracked. Now saying it can't be applied even though I'm still targeted. Will just try again later.
