Our Verdict
The maximum on this offer is only 2,000 customers so either this will end very quickly or not many people are targeted. I’d recommend checking ASAP. Maximum discount isn’t as good as the 20%/40% discount, so check to see if you are targeted for that one first. If you’re not targeted then follow these instructions, although this method doesn’t seem to be working as well as it once did unfortunately. These offers work on gift cards:

I saw the offer ($20 off $50 purchase), but when I tried to do it, I made sure to change the number of MR points to $1 during the checkout, yet after checking out I got an email from Amex that I used 143 points (instead of 1). Plus the card was charged the full amount for the charge. Anyone else seen it behaving this buggy???
143 Amex points = $1
Amex will deduct 143 points and credit you $1 when the charge settles.

I have tried every amex that I have and it keeps saying I don't have membership rewards on my amex cards. Which cards have that? I have mostly Hilton amex, blue cash, blue cash everyday.
None of those, Would need Plat, Gold, Green, BBP, EveryDay or EveryDay Preferred.

Anyone else out of things to buy? I'm already stocked up on multivitamins, fish oil, protein powders, and preworkouts for the next few months from using previous MR/Discover point Amazon deals. I guess I could stock up on a bit more.
I'm not a big fan of Amazon but check out the list of gift cards in the post. If you shop at any of those grocery stores Safeway/Albertsons/Whole Foods/etc could be worth it. That being said I definitely try to stock up on stuff that I need for at least 6 months since I often go through a dry spell with these coupon codes.

No luck for me. I seem to qualify for these offers in groups. Go through a period where I qualify for 4-6 then none for many months. I wonder if their system has set time periods where accounts qualify.
