Amazon has matched Walmart’s deal today on the 32gb iPad for just $229 (down from the regular price of $329).

This is the lowest price ever on Amazon. Back on Black Friday and Cyber Monday they had it down to $249. This $229 deal is only for the silver or space gray color. You can get the gold color for $249.

Reports I’ve seen indicate that Amazon is not price matching for those who bought at $249 on the previous sales. You can probably return the previous purchase and buy again since it’s still within 30 days.

  • Amazon will not price match if you bought at last week price. You must return using pre made label & repurchase...

  • Literally saw this an hour after deciding to open and activate the iPad I bought from one of the previous $249 deals on Amazon. Ugh. Don't want to buy and return as typically with electronics the serial number has to match.

  • Purchased space gray, says in stock dec 26. arriving 12/31 10 minutes after ordering received a message stating updated delivery date. Now arriving on 12/21. If you are worried about it arriving after christmas you may want to order and then see if the delivery date changes after ordered, you can always cancel if it doesnt get sent out since they wont charge until its being prepped for shipping.
