It looks like this offer is showing for everyone, so long as you aren’t currently subscribed to Amazon Music. Only showing if you haven’t had a free trial before. Nice freebie which is worth $40. Just make sure you’re seeing the 4 free months before signing up, and also be sure to cancel (direct link) before the free trial is up if you don’t want to keep it.

I got three months needed a new amazon account
Worked for me. Was a bit surprised, I assumed I would have done a trial ages ago.

Not for me. See 30% off with cached Amazon credentials. I do see the four months free in incognito mode, but it reverts to regular price once I log in.
