Amazon has the newly released Airpods 3 at a discount. (affiliate links in this post below)
Both of these were released on October 18, 2021. The Airpods 3 are a brand new version of Airpods and come with a small $5 savings on Amazon vs Apple.
The new Airpods Pro have a larger $29 savings. These aren’t really much different than the original Airpods Pro, the difference being only the charging case – the newly released version come with the Magsafe Charging Case. It doesn’t come with the actually wireless Magsafe charging device, it’s just that the case is compatible to be charged with the Magsafe. Personally I’d probably just buy the old version of Airpods Pro for $197 (or I’d wait to see if the price comes down further) since I don’t use wireless charging, but for someone interested in that feature this is a nice $29 discount off what you’d pay directly from Apple.

The real deal was the pros with the old case at $179 before the new AirPod’s 3 dropped. I would wait for thanksgiving.

These are still the old AirPods Pro. Apple did NOT announce new AirPods Pros, only the $179 3rd gen AirPods. Amazon messed up the listing

If you have a car vent mount magsafe charger, you want to charge the case with it. that's the only case I find a magsafe case useful.
