Our Verdict
Amazon Prime members always get free Grubhub+ membership. American Express Gold card members get a $10 monthly dining credit which works on Grubhub and should stack nicely with this deal. (Grubhub also often has promo codes to use, though I doubt they’ll stack with this promo code deal.)
Some people find Prime Day lead-up deals more useful than Prime Day itself. We’ll cover these deals as they come up.

I thought these were missing and then I realized that I have grubhub emails skip the gmail inbox and go to a special “promotions” folder I have. Haven’t looked at that in years.
I received a $10 amazon gift card at 9:31a CT on Tuesday July 16th
I then received a second one at 2:11pm CT on Tuesday July 16th that said “Sorry, you may have had issues with the previous gift card code we sent you. Please use the new code below to save on your Prime Day orders.”
Both codes worked and added to my amazon balance.
They actually sent me two of these! The second email had a new GC code and said that there may have been a problem with the first code-- but in fact, both the first and the second code worked on Amazon (for a total of $20 in GCs).
Didn't get the email. Chatted with GH about the offer. First I'm told I didn't order the minimum $25, which of course I did. Then told I "used another promo code" which of course I didn't. Then told I didn't input the GRUBPRIME promo code after all, so go kick rocks. The chat seemed human, but felt like a bot.
Not so surprised by this outcome, GH promo codes can be unstable, lucky if a code works at all.
Finally placed an order yesterday. Got the email with the $10 GC code this morning. Thanks for the heads up !
I still haven't gotten an email and made a purchase with grubhub a week ago. Not sure how long it's supposed to take.
Just chatted csr via gh app. They said I did not apply the promo code when I distinctly remember doing it. Strange.

I just received an email on this. Since my purchase qualified, I'll receive the gift card on 7/16...just in time for Prime Day
How long after the order did you get the email?
Do I get the $10 after I purchase or is it later in July?
The promo says in July and that's all. My code went through but still no gift card.
Will try this when it becomes July on my AMEX Business Gold as $20 of it will be covered by the Flex Business Credit
