Our Verdict

Obviously this is all American Express branded but I could see the floor decals and hand sanitizer being somewhat useful.

  • Is there anybody actual got the shipment? I placed an order for 1 since 7/24 and nothing showed up yet, no shipment email either.

  • Did anyone get a random book of stamps from USPS after signing up for this? It was addressed to "VC or business owner".

  • sorry off topic question here. is the Amex small business $5 off $10 offer is per each amex credit card you have or no matter how many amex cards you have, it is only valid on one amex card per person?

    is there other tricks to do this besides having to find a small business store that will accept amex cards?
    any online tricks that will trigger the $5 credit? So many local indian and pakistani grocery chains are not in the list this year and i didn't receive the credit.

    • It’s one card per cardholder, but will work on up to 10 transactions on that card.

  • For anyone who is a real merchant and having trouble ordering these -- the hand sanitizer (and other items that may be of interest, like the floor decals if you have a retail biz) are available for free. Look for "Supplies" when you log in to your merchant account.

  • Guest checkout works just fine (log out of your account, or use incognito/private mode and you won't get the "proxy server" error)

    • i got this message twice when i entered my name as the biz name. changed it up a bit and it went through. might be a coincidence, though.

  • I have no use for this, except for hand-sanitizer which I do not use anyway. I mean, what can I do with this, decorate my living room ? I'd rather live this for the actual small business owners.
