Our Verdict
Previously best offers have been 125,000 + $100 or 150,000. I’d say this new bonus is better than those offers, although I do personally find that trying to redeem single night certificates can be difficult. Although this one shouldn’t be too bad as it isn’t that restrictive and should work nicely for a romantic weekend (1 night) away. Same bonus also available on the business card, that would mean you could do two nights in a row. As always if you have any questions, read this post about American Express cards first. I will be adding this to our list of the best credit card bonuses.
Also in general American Express doesn’t match sign up bonuses, but you can sometimes get courtesy points. I very much doubt they will offer a courtesy free night certificate if you recently applied, but asking never hurts.

@will I'm getting a 150k with 3k spend/3months showing up with the surpass.not sure if this is the highest.
also, 95k on the no fee one with 1k/3months
Thanks, not as good as the free weekend night offer
Shouldn’t I be getting the free night after I spend $4000, rather than the $15,000? Isn’t that what the offer said?
Where does the sign up bonus free night show up? I don't see it anywhere but I got the 130k points...
@guest_813050 I was able to get the number when I called Hilton. My SUB FNC did not come in my email and after 3 weeks of waiting, I just called in.
Thanks worked for me!
When did your 130k points credit?
September 8th
Same here got 130K points but when will I get free weekend night?
Any links left for the 130K+ 1 night offer. Apparently missed this post saying it was the last day yesterday, I am interested in this card, but looking to see if there is any way I could get the 130k+1night offer.

Seems like an even better offer to me tbh. Minimum spend is only $2000 instead of 4000 if I'm not missing something substanial
FWIW I tried to apply yesterday and got the pop-up saying that I would not get the signups bonus.
I have never had the card, but did have a Citi HH card that got bought out by Amex. I received an Amex card but did not activate it. I called to refuse the card and was assured I would not be considered to have had the card.
Apparently that was bullshit.
Seeing 150,000 bonus for 3,000 spend in 3 months using private window w/ cleared cache.
But it’s ‘only once a lifetime’ restriction via referral right?
Anyone want to exchange referrals? Not sure if this is ok. If not, please delete.
sure, what's your email?
I have the Hilton aspire card for about 10 month, if I apply this one and cancel aspire card due to 5 credit cards limit, will Amex clawback Hilton points?
I have multiple Hilton cards that I use for referrals for my friends. Is there any way of telling which card the referral came from (for the 80,000 point per year referral limit)? I see two 20,000 point referrals in my Hilton account but not sure if I can tell whether they came from the Surpass or the Aspire.
