Many people are seeing this offer now. Others get the error message: “We’re sorry, but our systems are currently down. Please consider applying by phone by calling 1-800-519-OPEN, or try again later after exploring our current offers.” This means you aren’t targeted.
If you aren’t seeing the offer, try on mobile or try logging in first before clicking the above link; some had success with these variations.

Our Verdict
The public offer is pretty good, but not the best. As noted, there’s currently a targeted offer of 75,000 points. The targeted offer we wrote about a couple weeks ago, the public offer is new.
Personally, I hold out for the best bonus with Amex since there’s a limit of once-per-lifetime, but some might go for the 50k deal, especially given the annual fee is waived the first year.
We don’t know how long the public offer will be around; the targeted offer shows an expiration of September 30, 2016.

Just applied and got approved with 50k welcome bonus offer (3rd BGR card in 5 yrs, last one was closed in 2015).....spoke to agent and he reconfirmed the 50k bonus after 5K spend..........i guess this all is highly YMMV.....
Hmm, weird, terms say it's once-per-lifetime for the 50k offer. Let us know if it comes through.
Given the reports on varying levels of success on getting the signup bonus more than once, I specifically asked the rep via chat if I was eligible to receive the bonus a second time since there was no language in the offer specifically mentioning the once-per-lifetime rule.
She confirmed (with a "smile") that I was eligible for a second bonus and I confirmed that our chat is noted in my account.
Good luck..........let us know when you actually get it.........fingers crossed for you Bud.
FYI, my offer for 50k had no language, i applied, approved and was denied bonus as i had this card in past.
Just escalated complain to executive team, let's see what happens.
Bummer, that is odd. Please let us know how it goes.
I used option 2 and see a 75k bonus when spending $15,000 in first three months. I don't MS so I'll pass, but I thought you might want the DP.
Thanks, I recall others mentioning seeing a few other varieties of the offer. The one mentioned in the post is the best one, and is the one most are seeing, I think.
I was targeted via mail with an RSVP code of the 75k offer expiring on October 17, 2016. I couldn't find any "once in a lifetime" language denying the bonus. Applied and approved. This is my second card.
Maybe my third Serve card will stay alive long enough to meet min. spend. (previous two are long dead)
Just be aware AmEx may choose to deny your bonus if "cash equivalents" were used to reach your minimum spend.
Respect for linking both offers in a post about the 50k public offer. One of the few bloggers left with any integrity.
We don't get paid either way, our interests are in helping readers.
Have the card for a couple month now, hoping to get it again in couple month with a invite code. 75k/5k
I didn't see any "once in a lifetime" language on the 75K app, so my wife applied for it, even though she's had it before. Do the rest of you think this targeted app bypasses that rule?
Yes
call me a cynic but something smells here... FYI... ie AMEX 100k...
Cinic, people should be fine as long as ur meeting min spend requirements organically and not by buying giftcards. Appears to be targeted offer since not everyone is able to apply, so what's to be scared of?
amex business cards don't fall under the rule of once in a lifetime, right? I don't see the language in the offer terms in this offer. Both my husband and I have had this card before.
I was able to see the 75k offer on my cell but not through the browser or incognito.
How to open in phone? any special link or trick to do it on the phone?
Rahul
Amex business cards do fall under the once per life time rule but if there is no mention of the once per life time rule in the T&C then the once per life time rule does not apply. Basically it's a loophole
What Raul said
how do you see the offer from the phone? just open regular internet browser?
