Update 2/4/25: Deal is back through 6/30/25
Update 8/8/24: Available again
Update 2/8/24: Deal is back through 6/30 (ht Partha)
Update 8/2/23: Deal is back through 9/30/23; Update 4/27/23: Amex Offer deal is back through 6/30/23. This time it’s for $40 after spending $55. (ht Joe); Update 11/21/22: Deal is back on Amex Business cards and valid through 1/23/23 (ht Celia). This time it says clearly that it’s for new Business Fiber connections, but there’s a chance it’ll work for existing customers and for personal Fiber as well, as in the past. Update 8/25/21: Deal is back, according to cactustho. Sounds like this time it can only be done once. From the comments on the previous deal it seems the offer should work for bundled bills.

Our Verdict
I’m seeing this offer on all of my cards. This is free money if you use AT&T Fiber for your internet. I suppose they are trying to get people to switch over to them; Topcashback offers $150 for new customer and AT&T offers $50 reward card as well. Feel free to comment below with more info on AT&T Fiber as I don’t know much about it.
If anyone gets this offer to work for some other AT&T service, please let us know.

will this work in AT/T phone bill payment?
Existing Fiber and wireless residential customer with a combined bill.
Paid $55 towards my balance. Received email saying the offer was triggered.
Received $40 Amex statement credit yesterday.
Got this on my Hilton Surpass card. Paid $55 bill toward my regular bill and got the Amex credit within 2 days. Also seeing a similar offer on a couple of mine and P2's Chase Ink cards, FYI.
If I'm reading this offer correctly it's only for establishing new service - is that correct?
Existing customer. Email triggered a few mins after making the charge. Great deal but only P2 had it.
not sure if you can trust AT&T Fiber service in some region. their techs like to randomly disconnect customer's lines during day or late evening. Fiber service would get disconnected about 2-3 times each year. the AT&T dispatched tech always find that there is no optical signal coming to the ONT side at the home. following the tech venturing away from the home, it's always the line got pulled from the switch for the whole community in the AT&T aggregate box that only AT&T tech can access. saw rounds of victims among the neighbours with AT&T fiber service
the other things is that AT&T fiber service seems to have the American version of the great firewall. there are quite a few sites you can't access when on AT&T fiber, but access worked just fine when on all other Internet providers and non AT&T fiber service (ex. AT&T DSL or Air)
There is no firewall, that's bullshit. Just don't use AT&T's garbage DNS, use a reliable 3rd party service instead (Google, Cloudfare, self-host one your own, pick your poison)
Is the new deal on personal or biz cards ?
Anyone with just residential wireless service try using this in some way with success?
@6 can you help with any successful dp for this?
Okay so here's a comment entirely unrelated to this post, except for the AT&T part...
Got a call from AT&T saying that a number of theirs registered in my name, as of 7 days ago at the Shanghai airport, was reported for harassment and they needed to report me to the FTC. Told them I haven't been an AT&T customer or been to China in ages. Understandably, there wasn't much they could do to help. Hilariously, they wanted me to report this issue to my local police or Shanghai police.
I tried connecting some mental dots and recalled that one of my identify monitoring services reported a flurry of my SSN leaks just a couple weeks ago. So I did some digging to see what's been up lately... and Credit Karma indicates that the only breach affecting me this year was - AT&T!
https://www.reddit.com/r/ATT/comments/1e1f0qo/att_says_criminals_stole_phone_records_of_nearly/
So AT&T leaked my data, allowed some criminal overseas to use it (paying them in the process), and then now wants to blame me to the authorities in the fallout... how classic.
Made payment after logging in and had zero issues. Credit posted today.
How long does it for you to reflect the credit in your credit card ?
