- Excludes Marriott Vacation Club®, Marriott Grand Residence Club®, Design Hotels™, Protea Hotels®, Marriott Executive Apartments®, Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy®, Vistana Signature Network and Vistana Residence Network.
- Excludes gift card purchases.
- Not valid for online retail purchases, hotel amenities or purchases of Marriott Bonvoy® points.
- Qualifying purchase means a purchase at a participating Marriott Bonvoy® property made during the offer period with your enrolled American Express Card and paid in USD as posted to your account, following conversion from a foreign currency, if applicable, in accordance with your Card Member Agreement. Offer only valid on room rate and room charges. Offer not valid for lodging stays that are paid for before the promotion start date or after the promotion end date. Offer is non-transferable. Limit of $60 in total statement credits per Card Member. You may not receive the statement credit if we receive inaccurate information or are otherwise unable to identify your purchase as qualifying for the offer. For example, you may not receive the statement credit if (a) the merchant uses a third-party to sell their products or services; or (b) the merchant uses a third-party to process or submit your transaction to us (e.g., using mobile or wireless card readers); or (c) you choose to make a purchase using a third-party payment account or make a purchase using a mobile or digital wallet. Our Verdict
Nice savings. I believe business cards got the % version and personal cards got the $ version. Buying a gift card at the front desk should work to trigger the AmEx Offer credit as well (despite the terms), in my experience.

Anyone know a marriott property that requires deposit and has free cancelation?
I got the % offer on my business card, like I did last time but never used it, but didn't get the $ off on my personal cards, probably because I used a similar $ off offer on one of my personal cards in December (when my third stay actually triggered it). I've noticed in the past that it takes a while before they repeat an offer that I've used recently.
What I did see was another $ offer that was $250 back for ONLY Homes and Villas by Marriott, and required $1000 purchase to trigger it.
That's the only offer I'm seeing too. I have only business cards: Platinum, Gold and Blue Cash. They all say "Get a one-time $250 statement credit by using your enrolled eligible Card to spend a minimum of $1,000 USD in one or more purchases on property rate and charges incurred at time of reservation at participating Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy® properties from 1/5/2024 to 4/15/2024."

For this offer can hotel nights include taxes to be over 300? Or it needs to be over 300 without taxes being included?
it's based on the total amount so taxes count - ie $290 + $10+ taxes would qualify
oh, well, all i got are the useless "Homes and Villas" offer
Check again, on the 12th in the a.m. I got the "Homes and Villas" offer and added it. On the morning of the 13th (today) this offer showed up, added it to my Gold card.
