Anything worth buying at Macy’s that I might be missing? I never shop at Macys but enrolled in this offer accross 4 cards.
It's simply a general department store. Less expensive than Nordstroms, but obviously more expensive than discount stores.
There are so many different categories at department stores, that you just have to look around -- either in store or maybe at the Macys website -- to see what you might be interested in.
There's no reason that you would be necessarily be interested in the same thing that somebody else is, especially at a store where a lot -- but nowhere near all -- of the stuff sold there is clothes.
I last went to buy a shirt there, and I had to look around at a lot of different shirt brands, and then try on one or two shirts, before I found one shirt that worked for my desired application. But I had a very specific application, and you would probably have a different need than me even if what you wanted was also a shirt.
Plus I think the shirt I got was on some kind of clearance, so I don't know if it's going to be in stock in the future anyway.
Yes, I was able to use 2 Macys gift cards recently on a different size purchase, where the first Macys gift card was totally used up, and the second Macys gift card was only about half used up, and I still can use the rest of that second Macys gift card up later on some other purchase.
Buy a gift card with one, use gift card and credit card on same purchase. Or two gift cards.

Lowes was only on biz cards and enrollment limited.
Is it worth getting a Hilton $250 gc purchased from a property?
According to discussions on FlyerTalk, at many properties it's apparently hard to use a Hilton GC to cover all expenses related to the gift card amount. Many hotels apparently deduct something, so a gift card may cover a few dollars less than it should.
Does paying through paypal trigger Amex offers?
It depends on how Paypal passes through the merchant information. I've had Paypal transactions work on Walmart and Best Buy Amex offers before.
FWIW, I had my last GrubHub offer trigger through PayPal.

Yes, I used the $5 back on $20 Amex offer on top of the 20% PayPal offer.
