This showed up on my "Blue from American Express" card!
Exclusive to Platinum? Not seeing this on any of my 3 AMEX (BCP, Surpass, Bonvoy); only the $10 off $19.99...
I can't see it either on business or personal platinum or business gold.
Unless you have a large business discount negotiated with UPS, it will be way more than 20% cheaper to use PirateShip or ebay shipping. (ebay shipping's UPS rates are usually a little cheaper than PirateShip's).
