Our Verdict

I’ve never used Walmart Business before. It looks like they have all the regular Walmart stuff available. Let us know how this works for you. (A regular Walmart.com order might work to trigger this offer credit as well, let us know if you try.)

    • Same here, this offer triggered confirmation email for regular walmart online purchase on non-business account and posted after some time

  • just got a new EIN and opened a walmart business account. Placed an order of $150 gc. Later got an email that they cannot verify the information and the account is closed.

  • Interesting offer. I'm tempted to use this and cancel/reorder a patio chair set. I wonder if existing Walmart cashback links work for Walmart Business? By my calculations, if I cancelled/reordered, I would about break even when you factor in cashback (was 12% for lawn and garden), assuming those links do not work for Walmart Business.

  • I didn't even know such a thing as "Walmart Business" existed. I'll have to look into this to see what it is. I see this Amex offer on my Biz Gold I just recently acquired.

  • I placed an order for 3rd party gift cards. Email confirmation came from Walmart business, but the pending charge shows as Walmart.com. Not sure if Amex can see anything on the backend, it may be possible to trigger with a normal Walmart order.

    • what kind of GC did you buy.

Excludes bulk gift cards & e-gift cards, in-store purchases, layaway purchases, insurance services, auto services, pharmacy transactions, protection plans, Walmart Business+ Memberships, and recurring subscription services (for example, Beauty Box and Baby Box).

        • Maybe to prove that you're a real business and get the discounts or bulk orders. But, the one time that I visited it, the prices were the same for the business and main site. Things could've changed or maybe the discounts are only on certain products or order size.
