We reported on a new loyalty program that AmEx is rolling out called Plenti which will partner with AT&T, ExxonMobil, Macy’s, Nationwide, Rite Aid, Direct Energy and Hulu.
According to the press release, the program will start this spring. We haven’t yet found any signup page for the program and the affiliated credit card doesn’t yet appear to be available.
But I did see this at my recent trip to Exxon:
On the screen, it prompts us to “select Plenti for lo”. I’m guessing ‘lo’ stands for loyalty, but I’m really not sure. There’s also a button that says “Plenti” next to it. Problem is that clicking the button doesn’t do anything, the same screen just flashes over again.
The program is starting its rollout but does not seem to be operational yet. We also have not yet been able to find any kind of signup page for the program yet.
