Our Verdict
We have only ever seen this card come with the 25,000 point sign up bonus since it was launched in 2018. The extra $150 is nice, but the annual fee isn’t waived so you really end up with $61 + 25,000 miles (the annual fee wasn’t waived with the old offer either). Personally I still don’t think it’s worth applying for as the benefits of the card aren’t that useful either. Bank of America Premium Travel Rewards offers 50,000 points + $100 and the Alaska card offers 40,000 points + $100. Both of those would be much better options.
I won’t add this to the best credit card bonus page, but if you do decide to apply for this card then I’d recommend this post about things everybody should know about Bank of America credit cards.

Can confirm can hold more than 1 of these cards and get the bonus. Can also confirm you will only get the SUB XP's one time. I did get the miles both times. Anniversary bonus XP's have posted on the first (cancelled afterward) hope the anniversary will post on 2nd as well. I have status a with KLM as i fly them for work so these XP's are a nice addition.
Correction to your post--the best offer we have seen on this card is 25K miles + $100 statement credit. That is still publicly available on the BoA website. So really this is just $50 extra.
I have been tracking this card for a while, because Flying Blue has a mildly annoying (must fly or use credit card to keep active, transfer activity does not reset the clock). The card does earn 1.5 miles/$, which is better than most airline credit cards, but still meh.
I think that offer is new as well.
It is really difficult to maintain the the elite membership of Flying Blue after its upgrade. So can this card be churned? If we can open 3 cards of this in one year, it will be easy to get a elite membership
Its not too hard to maintain status if you plan your SkyTeam flights carefully. Regarding churning, there's no terms against it, but i haven't been successful in getting another one. YMMV.
Thank you very much

Does anybody understand what effect holding this card has on extending the expiration of Flying Blue miles? I see conflicting information.
As long as 1 of the following conditions is fulfilled, your Miles remain valid for life:
- you travel at least once every 2 years on an eligible flight with Air France, KLM or one of the SkyTeam partner airlines;
- you're a Silver, Gold or Platinum member;
- you make a purchase with an eligible partner bank card at least once every 2 years.
The BofA card counts.
The extra $89 is nice,
LOL
"The extra $89 is nice" you mean $150 @will
Can you use this card to prevent your AF points from expiring? If yes, it might be worth applying for it, esp. since you get 5k points on each renewal, with a bit of spending on the card.
