The Xbox one is actually Xbox game pass subscription. Thats specific to game pass and different than general Xbox codes.
The Sony code is for Playstation plus subscription,
Even though the terms says no eGift cards, I've read reports of people buying gift cards and triggering the Amex $25 off $250 offer. Might give it a shot. 6x $42.5 is $255 (or 3x $85). So it would be $300 worth of gift cards for $230 (23.34% off) after the $25 off, assuming no clawback from Amex.
I also had a chase offer for 10% back up to $40. So, buy a $500 giftcard for $400, use PayPal/chase to get $20 back from the 5% , and then another $40 off from the offer. If it works

If you have Citi Dividend, Best Buy is in this quarter's category. Do digital downloads come direct from Best Buy or through some other merchant?
There's also the Amex Best Buy offer, $25 back on $250 that can be used in multiple transactions. Buying e-gift cards other than BB, have gotten the credit in the past.
