Our Verdict

There are/have been lots of sports betting deals, and I’m just dipping my toes into these now. Caesar’s themselves has another larger offer described in this NY Post article. This UberEats deal is more simple since it gives an actual gift card as opposed to additional betting cash like most deals.

I’m not sure if they’ll send a 1099 for this given that it’s less than $600 and they make no mention, though technically you might have to report it anyway (consult a tax advisor).

  • The email says "Make sure to use it within 6 months, before it expires". Does anyone know if this means the code needs to be added to your account within 6 months or the balance expires in 6 months even if added to your account before then?

  • When I click through my email, it says "offer no longer available" and when I tried to sign up regardless with the 250EAT promo code it says it's invalid. The terms in the email and the site have an expiration of June 30th but no "while supplies last" or "may change at any time" kind of language. Oh well.

    • How much you want for it? After being told everything was fine and to wait 7 days they then said the code was not attached to my account so I do not qualify for the promotion. Sounds like total BS but can’t get them to budge.

  • The email says "funds will be stored in your Uber Eats Wallet for food or rides." Has anyone tried adding this card to their Uber wallet, instead of Uber Eats? I can probably get more selling it if it works for both. Thank you.

  • Placed bet on March 30th and still haven't received my gift card. Response received "Thank you very much for your patience everything looks good here. You add the correct promo code and placed the qualifying bet but we are experiencing a delay with emailing the Gift card because we send your information to Uber and they are still working on sending us the gift cards. "

    • I reached out again today, 4/13, over -->chat<-- and they finally gave me the gift card code. They also wrote over chat today that they sent me an email on 4/6/2022 which is NOT true and inconsistent with all of their messages seemingly blaming Uber for the delay every time I asked for an update on the status of my payout (gift card).

      In sum, my qualifying bet was placed on March 30th, 2022. Payout was not made until 4/13/2022. I know people who qualified later than 3/30/22 and were paid out before me.

      Avoid Caesars unless want to diligently pursue them to get your earned payout like this offer.

      Contact information for filing an unfair trade practice and/or deceptive act complaint is above (NY Gaming). I would be surprised if the gaming commission didn't want to hear from anyone who has/was burned by Caesars over this promotion. Their behavior has been egregiously bad.

    Now I'll do it for P2 and we'll have $400 total.

  • need help with this "Real-money wagers only that have minimum odds of -200". do need to find a box with -200 or worse ie -225 or -110 or +50 would work ?
