Deal has now ended, view more credit card bonuses by clicking here.
Update 12/9/20: Deal is due to end on 1/13/2021 according to people with affiliate links. Make sure to apply through a link with the $50 bonus.
Update 10/1/20: Doing a dummy booking gets you 140,000 points + $50 statement credit with the AF waived. Somebody in the comments reported seeing a $150 statement credit, but I can’t get that to show at all. Updated the direct link.
Update 9/30/20: New direct link available, no longer needed to apply in app (wasn’t showing for everybody anyway). This time the annual fee is waived, making the deal the best ever.

Our Verdict
Best offer we’ve ever seen was 125,000 plus $50 statement credit, this one doesn’t have the $50, but comes with 15,000 more points. If IHG interests you and you are eligible, this one is worth signing up for. We’ll add this to our best credit card bonus page.
If you recently signed up with the targeted 125,000 points offer, you should be able to message Chase and have this 140k offer matched. As always read these things everybody should know about Chase credit cards before applying.
Thanks to all those who sent this in.

150k link is dead. Although it still shows in app. The links don’t work.
Not as good of a deal. But I see 2 new offers right now. 150k sign up through the IHG app and 140k +$50 statement credit after you book a room (instead of prior). Neither option had the annual fee waived though.
Nvm
140k + $50 SC still available via dummy booking. Only difference from the post is the AF is not waived. 140k seems to be the standard IHG Premier offer now.
Just saw 150k offer with annual fee within my IHG Account

This is still showing up within my Offers section as well, along with a 140k point offer (...right next to each other). Neither have the $50 bonus, nor the annual fee waiver.

For anyone looking to apply now, you might as well take the 150k over the 140k?
Worth noting there's no $50 credit and no $89 fee waiver.
i clicked on the link and looks like this offer is dead now.
looks like it's still available today as of Jan 14
not with the annual fee waiver
Both of the Ihg offers still work if you take the links on the posts
It shows the offer is no longer available when you click the button to apply.
I just got instant approval at 6/24. Maybe they're loosening up a bit. 2 out of those 6 cards are cancelled.
What's different between the new IHG card and the legacy one? With t he legacy card's anniversary certificate also limited to 40000 properties, is there any difference between the two?
The legacy card is only $49 per year. With it you get a 10% points rebate every time you redeem points for a stay (they credit it back to your account after you stay. May take a few weeks but I always get it). You also get automatic Platinum status and a free night annually like the new card.
Love to do this but I can't see my spending $3000 in 3 months.
It's not ideal, but if you get down to the wire just Venmo a trusted friend for the rest on the card. There is a 3% fee for that, but.. there is also a $50 statement credit
prepay bills?
buy gift cards to where you shop anyway?
buy visa cards?
put all your normal spend on it and use the above to close the gap
