New reports indicate that the 100,000 online Chase Sapphire Preferred offer is now available in branch as well. The $95 annual fee IS being waived in branch, so you can get the better offer and get the fee waiver by applying in branch. Be sure to double-check that you are being offered the new 100,000 bonus and not the older 80,000 bonus as some branches/bankers are still offering the older offer.
One additional note: I think there’s a good chance that referral links will soon get the 100,000 offer as well (no inside info, just a guess). That offer does not have the $95 fee waiver, but the referrer will get the referral bonus. Some people will prefer that referrer bonus + online convenience versus the $95 fee waiver.

100k offer with first year fee waiver and $50 grocery statement credit in branch! Even though the offer will likely show 80k in branch with fee waiver and $50 grocery statement credit like it was previously before the 100k offer came out, they will add on another 20k separately after meeting min spend requirement.
If you are in 2 player mode, waiting for referral offer to update still makes sense since 15k points that can be redeem for a minimum of $187.50 is better than $145.

Has anyone heard if the referral link will show the current offer? I called and they told me it would not but I was wondering if there are different data points out there or if that's what was said about the 80k offer because my link shows THAT offer rather than the current one.
Is the in branch annual fee waiver for the first year only? If so, what do you suggest doing after the first year to avoid paying the fee?

Is there anyway to check when I last received the bonus? I have noted the approval date which was June 8, 2017 but I do not have a clue when I got the bonus. Will the still pull your credit if you are not eligible. I remember sometime ago they were refusing without pulling in case you were not eligible for the bonus.
Just call Chase, and they'll tell you the last time you got a bonus.
You should be able to SM or call chase to get that date. The bonus posts upon statement close, so you can figure it was at least a month after June 8.
Check the the UR section of monthly statements for June, July, Aug and Sep 2017.
Check your statements. I would use the data of statement closing as bonus posting the same.

@SA: In the future, download all of your statements when you close an account. It doesn't have to be done before you close because the online statements are still available for several months after closure.

I just opened today in branch for 80K + 50 grocery credit + AF waived first year. I asked the banker if they're planning to offer 100K + first AF waiver later but he said no. I'm hoping I can get the 20K adjusted later
They rarely adjust the bonuses.
