Our Verdict
Their most recent good signup offer was 30,000 + Companion Pass for a year. We also saw not long ago 100,000 points offer, though it required $12,000 in spend. This is 75,000 points offer is a nice deal and only requires $5,000 spend; some might even prefer it to the previous 100k offer. I’m hopeful we’ll see this offer come to referral links which would give the referrer 20,000 points bonus.
The Companion Pass timing isn’t the best, yet still not terrible if this bonus brings you over the top to get the Pass. 125,000 points are needed to get the Pass. You can one of the personal cards with 75,000 and get a business card with 80,000 points bonus which would get you to the Companion Pass threshold.
We’ll add this to our list of Best Credit Card Signup Bonuses. Before applying check out these 26 Things Everybody Should Know About Chase Credit Cards.

Anyone get special inflight offers recently?
Has moved from 40k to 50k but prefer something better obviously. I need a companion pass more than the points.
It's now at 50k points for spending $1k after 3 months. Still a good deal?
Looks like it has now expired.
Page is still up despite saying it ends 7/11, I was just now able to apply (7/15). We'll see if the bonus reflects as 75k online once my account is activated...
It worked! Showing my progress towards 75k and $5,000 in the app.
I applied on 7/10 and it went pending. I figured out today that it's simply because my Experian score was frozen. I got it unfrozen but the Chase reconsideration line is now closed for the day so I need to call back tomorrow for them to re-pull Experian. Since the promotion is listed to end today (7/11), am I okay since I actually applied on 7/10, even though it looks like I won't be approved until 7/12? I don't seem to have another choice but to wait and ask--I don't think it helps to re-apply when an application is pending.
Maybe I missed it but gift card redemption for SW miles are back and at a much worse redemption rate. (50$ for 9400 instead of 5000). Does anyone know if this rate improves with having a credit card?
I’m wondering, if I spend $5,000 total in the first 3 months, but pay it off each month so I don’t pay any interest, would that still earn the 75,000 bonus points?
Yes
I'm planning to cancel my existing SWA cc and reapply. I last received SUB over 4 yrs ago. Is it better to transfer the credit to another card before canceling?
Can I use my companion pass for My wife then she uses her own companion pass for a child? I.e. 3 for 1?
No, they do not daisy-chain.
@guest_1386198 how? not possible as CP holder must book before the system allows companion to be added
my wife and i did this a few years back (2019). I'm not sure if it still works.
No...this is not (and has never) been possible. Unless the child is a lap infant and doesn't require a ticket, anyway.
Thank you for the DP. I will give it a try.
I was able to generate a referral link to the new 75k offer using last last refer a friend email I was sent that predates this offer.
@chucksithe Looks like referrals are updated to the new 75k offer. Any chance we can get a referral page going?
