Our Verdict
Most people will get much better value by redeeming Chase UR points with Chase travel partners, so I wouldn’t recommend this redemption.

My local BBB check all gc purchase with ID.Getting shut down several times for the card do not have my name
Make a complaint to their customer service. I made one they called me, I explained that it should be processed the same as a Visa Gift card. They escalated to the District Manager, I explained the same to her as that’s exactly what it is, a Visa/MC Giftcard which there is no policy against it. She agreed with me and notified all local stores that there should be no issues using Happy Cards to buy gift cards if the POS allows it as there is no corporate policy forbidding it.
4 Happy card options: Moments (BB&B), Dining, Bride (BB&B), and Teen (B&N). As usual, no Guy (HD).
BB&B carries Amazon gc so isn't that better than HD for most people?
In my area, the only GCs BB&B carries is BB&B.
Really? Mine doesn't have 3rd party up front but a large selection in the middle of a side aisle. However, they no longer allow buying gift cards with Happy Gift cards. I don't think you can argue it anymore with the new verbiage on the cards stating no gift cards.
