Same deal was available last year. You can view a full list of transfer bonuses for Chase in the past here. I would only recommend transferring if you have an immediate need for the miles as you never know when a devaluation will occur.

For anyone else who is trying this for the first time, note that the bonus happens on the Flying Blue side. From the Chase interface, it looks like a 1:1 transfer but the 25% bonus points show up on the Flying Blue side (e.g., I needed 60k points at Flying Blue so I transferred 48k Chase UR Points. Everything worked swimmingly).
Transfer with bonus was instant for me.
Does this mean a devaluation is coming for AF?
Wow, Chase is coming out with a bunch of bonuses, in the past they never did this. AMEX used to have all of the bonuses but AMEX has been slacking lately.
This is handy for me. Chicago to Milan one way biz class for 65K in July. 49K with bonus. Sweet.

The taxes/fees always seem to be cheaper booking through Air France.
