  • I'm seeing the offer has returned on my DC.

How long do these take to post? Used at a Holiday Inn in September (chip read at the front desk) but still no credit.

    • I used it in October before the offer expiration date (Oct 31st) and haven't received the credit. So I called cs and according to them, the credit should hit your account by next statement date in December.

  • I have two Citi cards but only get offers on one card, my Rewards+. I'd rather have them show up on my Citi Premier. Does anyone know if there's a way to have offers show up on both or pick which card they show up on?

    Thanks

    • This has always happened fairly regularly for me. Knowing this, I try to use any given offer as soon as I can, and I check to make sure it's there just before I use it (taking screenshots showing the account info, enrolled status, and timestamp).

So far that has worked; as long as the offer was still showing before I tried to use it, I eventually got the credit (even if it disappeared soon after I used it). I haven't tried redeeming offers after they disappear.

  • Where do Citi offers show, please?

Is it under the tab "rewards and benefits", subheading "offers for you?" I have a couple of balance transfer offers there, but nothing resembling these. TIA.

  • Beware of their horrible IT system that could make enrolled offers disappear and a pain to get them credited
