Some people have the option to cashout Citi TYP at 1¢, if you’re going to do that then this is better value. Although all of the cards other than Apple sometimes come up for 20% back.

Nothing beat maybe 4 years ago where it required applying the promo code at checkout and you could back in and out of check out to reduce the price by an additional 10% each time… I always regret not going since I thought it would get canceled - it did not…
some cards also give you a rebate of 10% of thank you points use so if you have the right cards you can redeem points for cash and then get 10% of those points back as a rebate.
Cyber Monday might have higher rate if it follows previous years..
Usually they do the same deal but with 20% off for Cyber Monday. Including Apple (last year at least)

Do you mean the 10% points rebate on that card? Yes, but make sure you redeem it from that card if you have multiple cards with TY points (you can combine points from other cards to that card)
