eBay no longer offers bucks on all purchases unfortunately. It seems like we are seeing these 5% offers every few weeks now.

Used to receive this almost every time, didn't get it for recent 2-3 rounds. Guess Ebay stopped liking me...
Same here. I used to be targeted for the higher eBay Bucks tiers all the time, but haven't been targeted even once since they eliminated the standard 2% tier.
