Final Thoughts
Maybe we’ll get a bonus Bucks offer which can make these deals much better. Bear in mind that the better deals may not last long.
The iConsumer portal is offering double cashback until 2/28, and eBay is showing at 3%. If you haven’t yet maxed out your $20 limit with iConsumer for February, that’s the best deal. [Update: Note that officially they exclude gift cards.] Other portal options here.

I just received an offer when I logged in to eBay for 4x Bucks. The offer began 2/25/16 at 5:00 a.m. and lasts for 40 hours. I have not (yet) received an email from eBay about this promo.

Does iConsumer work on gift card purchases at eBay. Terms for eBay states: "CashBack is typically NOT available on the purchase of Gift Cards."

Cabela's is back. However for some reason it won't let me add 5 to my cart on any of my accounts. I will only let me add and order 4.

ebay or paypal gift card is enforcing hard limit purchase for rolling 10 days per ebay account rather than per Paypal account like before. The limit seems to be $1k.
I got hit with that too. Could only get 2 of the Southwest cards and nothing else beyond that. I had recently purchased $400 in ebay gcs from ppdg so that ate a good chunk of my availability.
I ran into a limit today trying to purchase 5 of the cabela's cards. I was only allowed to buy 4. I am not sure what limit I hit. I didn't use an ebay gift card cause I am already maxed out for 5000 for the past 180 days. My paypal digital purchases for the month were only at $700.
I hit 4 as well. Accidentally bought 1 of them with my actual bank account instead of eBay GCs. Ooops!

The limitation is only on GC sold by Paypal.

I doubt they sell any third party gift cards.
