check your spam folder. that's where I found it today. It was emailed 3 days after my order.
Got mine on the 29th
My purchase with PayPal just went through. I used my Chase Freedom Flex Card linked with PayPal hoping it would all stack nicely.

Does this need to be a single $100 gift card or can I place 4 $25 gift cards in a single order?

I tried purchasing a gift card for $100 with PayPal and got an immediate e-mail with "Your gift card order was declined."
I made two subsequent attempts to buy using PayPal and both were declined by LauchGiftCards.com
Wrote the same yesterday, but the message got deleted.

What does that site have to do with making the purchase on eBay?
That is the sister site that ebay is using for selling giftcards.
Even if you go directly to ebay and click on the gift card purchase, it will still re-route to the same website.
I just checked and the URL is actually https://ebay.launchgiftcards.com/. Do you think that this would trigger a CB offer for Ebay.com?
