A lot of people are pointing out out that all Cartera shopping portals don’t show eBay anymore. Cartera portals include Splender, Southwest RR Shopping, AAdvantage Shopping, United MileagePlus shopping, Plenti and many more, and none have eBay as an option currently.
[British Airways Shopping is still showing eBay, but according to this Flyertalk thread they aren’t run by Cartera.]
We saw a similar thing earlier this year, except that time it was only the mileage portals that were removed. This time all Cartera portals, including Splender and Plenti are missing eBay.
In any case, most likely they analyze the numbers or redo the contract every once in a while, and we’ll see it back soon.
There is a 1,000 bonus miles offer from the United shopping portal currently ongoing through September 9 which will be harder to meet without eBay. Hopefully, eBay will be back on the portals sooner rather than later.

Maybe eBay on these portals will not come back...just like electronic eBay gc has been removed from various websites as well as united mpx...
