Looks like they were making changes. Refer & Earn is not showing in my online banking now. I think they may have made a screw-up. Somebody might be getting fired.

As long as you submitted before 5:00 PM EST, you should be good. If not, they may likely let you cancel the application and then you can dispute the Chex inquiry.
But I wouldn’t voluntarily cancel…. and I would ask they honor what you signed up for even if it was past 5 PM.
i was able to open with promotion and i got email from them at 4.01CT(that will be 5.01ET).
fuckers might just say this to deny.
I printed out my application approval page and it clearly has the $200 mentioned on it and it was at 5:15 PM EST so I hope I have a good shot at them honoring it.
