Darn, my closest location (Doral) says "Rewards coming soon". I called and nobody could confirm that they would accept free burger offer.

It was in the app's "Inbox" also states "not valid for delivery, To Go or online orders".

For $12 off the free burger/sandwich you have approx 2 weeks too redeem - no e-mail is sent - you have to redeem it manually - from a desktop/browser its found under "Offers" Sub menu :

Should be on main page if you install app (only checked Google Play version) . But you can redeem in app.
