Local Kroger in the Atlanta area had a bogo coupon in the Kroger app for these hot dogs.

I didn’t get a coupon. You get an email explaining how to get reimbursed. Purchase product, show a picture of the receipt along with the product, submit via button in email and get reimbursed via Venmo or PayPal.
Kroger, Bashas’ and Smith’s are too far away.
