• Which merchant category code does Gamestop use?

• I bought 3X$50 instacart with PayPal $100+ raise+happy cards for the remaining balance. Worked great. Then I tried to mimic the second order but kept receiving error payment messages.

  • I don't understand what you mean by "raise+happy cards", can you please explain?

    • each order allows 2 gift card payments. I used the Paypal gift card $110, bought a few dollars of gamestop gift card via raise.com, so that I can pay the remaining balance with my left over balance on a happy card that works for gamestop (purchased the happy cards @0.85 via an amazon promotion)

  • 1 order per day, in my experience

• I've never even been inside a GameStop, but here's another comment about going to the moon.

  • Yes, you can. It's the only way to use a non-CSR card with the Chase DashPass benefit, afaik.

    • You can use Apple Pay and have Chase Dashpass benefit on any card.

• I've read that you can buy other gc's with gamestop gc. Any idea if this is still the case and what cards it works with (and if they force a discount rate of some sort)?

  • Far as I know, you can only use GS GC on gaming cards like Xbox, PSN, Steam, and maybe Google Play.

• Can I buy DD GC with GS GC?

  • Yes, you can. Also, I buy GS gc's from Raise at around a 6% discount.
