Our Verdict

It seems possible to get the cheapest subscription for just around $22. Seems like an easy profit + free food (though there’s always the risk of something not tracking properly).

  • I went thru CHase UR when it had 5800 points last week on Monday. It says has to be active for 45 days. Got the box delivered few days ago and paid for and shopping trip shows up online but doesnt seem to have any order detail so not sure if it tracked. Any idea if it takes longer now that it requires being active for 45 days.

  • Terms Update: now state in the fine print that the subscription must be active for 45 days. One could still skip meals if interested in just the bonus, but obv more work.

    • Did you do this deal - did it track for you? I am fairly new to Chase so not sure if it tracked or not, but it shows up in shopping trip but with no order detail. Its been more than a week since order and 3 days since box delivered.

  • Made purchase 8/6, received email same day showing 5500 points pending.
    Points showed up on 8/10.

Super easy to do, made ~$20 net for ordering 6 total meals.

  • How long did it take the UR to show up in your account? I made the Hellofresh purchase on 6/28 and did not receive the points yet, it doesn't even show up in the pending tab.

    • Does anyone have a screenshot showing the 6000 UR offer for chase freedom? Clicked through the 6000 UR offer through freedom shipping portal, only tracked 1300 UR points. Contacted chase through chat, but no luck. Should have taken a screenshot myself, but… I know it is a long shot to ask here, but try my luck just in case. Thank you,

    • I also made a purchase on 6/28. The UR points showed up about 3 days later. May have been the fastest I've ever received UR points.

  • Chase actually tracks and pays out really quickly. Might switch over to them from Top Cash Back

  • How long did it take for the points to hit? I joined / transaction posted on 7/1 but no points yet.

  • Not HF, but I had two Blue Apron offers on my Citi Aadvantage card ($25 off$ 50 and $12 off any purchase).

Went through AA portal (5500 offer), Also had 1200 Simplymiles offer, and 1000 bonus for installing AA browser extension.

Placed first order for $56. $25 and $12 credited from Citi within 2 days. 1200 Simplymiles also showed up right away. Nothing yet on the 5500 and 1000 bonus.

This is my second BA account since April, with new email, name, and same address.

  • I have been having hell with this one. Did both Blue Apron & Hello Fresh. Blue Apron Tracked and Hello Fresh didn't (Both charged to my ink cash). After logging in on Hello Fresh, the web UI is blank and I can't manage my account or choose meals. I had to do it via chat... from a list! Support is useless (I called twice). The transaction not tracking is just salt in the wound.

    • So have I. Did hello fresh and blue apron on both my FU and Ink cash. They both tracked on my Freedom but neither tracked on my ink (hello fresh already delivered from ink and still not tracked).. made sure ad block was off and used diff emails.

    • I had a similar experience with their site and app. Resulted in me getting two random meals sent.
