Not tracked for me. Waste of time.
I contacted support through email. They were quick to reply and understood the issue. But they claimed I made the purchase before activating the offer, which I'm very sure was not the case. This really upsets me.
My purchase tracked fine. No issues. Other comments below had me worried.

I haven’t gotten tracked twice. Google becomes a super trashy company. They firstly asked u to wait for 30days. I trusted them. After that, they would start an investigation after you contacted them again after 30 days( I contacted for 4 times and they ignored and not followed up in the first three times). Be prepared for screenshots of the offer, the transaction from the card, the pending bar page, the enrolled card page, and the order confirmations. Then they disappeared and told me you were in priority list for this issue after two months. It has been three months to me. Now it happened again for this offer and I immediately contacted with them. They asked me to wait for 30 days in a new circle.

Bought a $49 dress and $50 physical gift card, $103 after tax. Other GPay deals have tracked immediately, this one hasn't tracked for me yet. Will update if/when it does.
