  • Reporting live from HEB. Didn't work even after trying multiple register's. Such a mess.

  • I'm gonna try to stack with coupon for $5 off your next shop of $70+, which expires May 15.

    • Update: buying the $50 Vanilla Visa and getting the $10 was a fiasco, didn't work smoothly like how the Chipotle one did. Held up line, had to deal with manager troubleshooting until she just gave up and did an override. Not worth it for a $10 H-E-B GC vs. the $4.95 activation fee. I don't think the stack worked either, she gave me the $5 to be nice but it was not smooth sailing.

    • Last few times I have tried to stack those coupons (or even using them without stacking) gift cards of any kind have been excluded from total

    • If you manage to make it work on $50 VGCs it will work, problem is this time the coupon won't even work on $50 VGCs

  • not working for me. I find that ios app has the coupon, but android app not. scan my ios app, did not trigger the 10 GC promotion.

    • I have android. It works for me. Have to clip the coupon online (click link from HEB email and log in to your account). After clipping coupon, it won't display under clipped on Android app but it's there and it'll give $10 off purchase when you ring up the $50 GC and the $10 HEB GC on the same purchase.

  • Didn't work for me either -- I was able to clip the coupon on the HEB website but it did not load in the HEB app. The offer did not even show up when searching in the app. I bought a $50 Visa anyway and did not receive any indication there was a bonus at checkout.

    • Need to buy the $10 HEB GC in the same transaction, and it'll show up as $10 off your order. Coupon not visible on Android app but it's there, assuming that you clipped it on your account at HEB.com

  • WARNING: You must "clip the coupon" by logging into your HEB account before you buy... And mine shows GameStop, Buffalo WildWings, Chipotle, Cinemark or Vanilla Visa.

    It did not work on the Uber gift card I bought.

    • I have having issues with the coupon not appearing in the MyHEB app. I can find it on heb.com
      Are you having the same issue? I am just concerned with trying to use the coupon in store if the it doesnt show in app.

  • I no longer can liquidate the vanilla visa $500 at heb or kroger! I have 4 of them. Any advice?

  • Even though GC doesn't show up in app, it still works by scanning your barcode. My GC have been disappearing for the last 1 month, but I just scan the barcode in store at checkout, and it works. GC coupon is loaded on to your account, it's just the buggy app that doesn't show it.

  • Vanilla visa coupon didn't work for me at multiple locations today. Will try again tomorrow.
