I was unable to find a fee schedule so I’m unsure if any early account termination fee is charged or not.
Our Verdict
A lot of work for a bonus of only $100, especially when you keep in mind it needs to be opened in branch. If anybody does go for it then share your experiences in the comments. For now I’m definitely not adding it to the list of the best checking bonuses.

I work right down the street from this bank. Happy to stop in and try and get a fee schedule if anyone wants, but I personally have no interest in this.
Many of the Chicago suburbs will issue you a library card if you either live in Chicago or a nearby suburb; usually you just need to go to the library and register.
