Seems to be targeted, I do not see it in Snap chat when in selfie/front cam mode and holding to see a list of slide filters. I see Disney and Manscaped in the list.

I found this out from somewhere else, but I did it and received the text with the link for the $10 Kohl's cash. The link just sends me to page that says "The page isn't working."
