There are two excellent deals available now at Kroger and affiliates: bonus fuel points and coupon discounts on various gift cards. These coupons are not showing along with the regular digital coupons, only at a separate link (maybe they’ll show in-app too).

Our Verdict
The fuel points deal is very generous as it gives almost a month to use the coupon, and it’s over the holiday gifting season. And that can even stack with the coupon discounts on gift cards for a double win. There’s also a deal showing for some (maybe in-app only?) to get 4x fuel points on fixed-value Visa/Mastercard/Amex gift cards.Â
The standard deal at Kroger is 2x fuel points on gift card purchases, and they’ll occasionally release offers for 4x. Usually, every 1000 fuel points will get you a discount of $1 per gallon with a 35-gallon limit, a max value of $35 per 1000-points. (These details do vary by store and region.) You can also get free cell phone service with Kroger when you earn fuel rewards points.
Yankee Candle is my overpriced weakness. Pity they haven’t had any of these deals on those like they did last year.

How did you find out about this? It’s not in the app. The link takes you to a place to add the coupons.
You have to activate the coupon to make this deal work with your loyalty card (Plus Card in my area). IF you are seeing several digital coupons, click Gift Cards on teft to reduce the offering.
Yes, I get that, but if you just search on the app, they don’t appear. You have to use the direct link posted above. My question was, how did they find out about this since you can’t find it just by searching in the app?
One thing I’ve noticed when getting the $x dollars off a gift card is that you get the 2x or the 4x fuel points on the full face value of the gift card, and not the discounted price.
For instance, if you buy a $50 with a $10 off coupon, you’ll get a full 100 full points, not 80 fuel points (40 x 2)

It says 1 coupon per household. Think that means 1 of each, like 1 Cabelas and 1 Best Buy?

Also as a DP I had trouble loading from the app, I went through the e-mail and was able to load both 4X and any of the GC I wanted.
I can only see the 4x points coupon, no luck with 3rd party ones.
Thanks, I was able to load all the third party GC coupons, but no luck on the 4x, I get, “Sorry, the coupon is not available”. Also, no luck with the app.
